Ethics and transparency
Ethics and transparency are obvious for us to reach our vision of being the best in Scandinavia within SEO – Search engine optimization.
The vision “Jajja should be the best in Scandinavia within SEO” has a great impact on how we work. The requirement isn’t only that we have the greatest customer delivery value and take care of our clients in a professional manner. It also requires an openness and total transparency in how we work. Only when we have the most satisfied and secure clients can we consider ourselves to be on track to achieve our vision.
To to act according to established guidelines and policies is important. It’s also of great importance for the development of Jajja and the line of business that we, together with colleagues, cooperate in different forums and that we naturally submit to continual independent review.
Jajja actively works for the ethical development of the trade
It’s often hard for the client as well as the supplier in a new line of business. Jajja has, in cooperation with the largest actors in the business, taken action for development and transparency. This is performed by active internal work on how we ourselves act and communicate with the market, as well as participating in workgroups such as Sveriges Annonsörers Kommité för Sökmedier and through our SEMPO membership.

Respects search engine guidelines
Jajja respect search engine guidelines for search engine optimization. Read some of the guidelines below.
- Google => Google Webmaster guidelines
- Yahoo! => Yahoo! Search Content Quality Guidelines
- Bing => Bing Guidelines for successful indexing
How we DON’T work
Jajja doesn’t use methods considered unethical by major search engines. Read about some of them here.
- Cloaking is a collective term used for methods which serve different content to search engines than to visitors. By doing so, one can create “candy” for search engines in order to drive more traffic. This is banned by TS and major search engines.
- Unnatural repetition of keywords or keyphrases is not allowed by search engines. A text will be devalued by a search engine if contains an unnaturally high keyword frequency; the result is a lowered ranking. Your clients won’t appreciate “keyword spam” either.
- Hidden texts and links. We never work with disallowed hidden elements whose aim is to trick search engines.
- Unnaturally large link-ins. To supply an enormous amount of links in a short timespan is considered unnatural by search engines. Because of this Jajja only works with long-term link strategies, editorial content and technical improvements. Jajja has chosen to never supply large amounts of links in short periods of time.
